"Ten Grands For Kids "
Thursday, April 1st &
Friday, April
2nd, 2010
Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall
Portland, Oregon
I will be performing again this year with a stage-full of other talented pianists for FOUR special "Ten Grands For Kids" concerts on Thursday and Friday mornings, April 1st and 2nd, 2010.
The Snowman Foundation and the “Ten Grands” piano concert series is offering a free concert to Portland metro area schools and kids --
Michael Allen Harrison and The Snowman Foundation are producing a free show for kids. The show is ten grand pianos and pianists on the
stage at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall at the same time! It is a colorful, upbeat, musical event showcasing the versatility of the piano.
In an effort to expand the outreach of the Snowman Foundation,
this is great way to expose kids to the arts
who otherwise might not have the opportunity. Also, the Kids concert
is FREE!! Sponsors, donors and the Snowman Foundation are underwriting
the concert so that no child is turned away because of money.
